Senior Administrator, Global Compliance Services

An ambitious and forward-thinking professional services firm is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its Global Compliance Services team in Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your analytical skills and knowledge of regulated financial services to conduct compliance monitoring reviews, evaluate key controls and help strengthen regulatory standards across an international business.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting risk-based compliance monitoring reviews, from initial scoping and sample testing through to assessing controls and reporting findings.
• Producing clear, accurate reports and practical recommendations to address weaknesses and improve compliance processes.
• Maintaining records of review findings and action points, working with business stakeholders to ensure agreed remediation is completed on time.
• Supporting the review of global Risk and Compliance policies and responding to queries relating to monitoring activities, actions and regulatory updates.

You should have a good understanding of regulated corporate or fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, together with an awareness of relevant AML, CFT and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of other jurisdictions, such as Cayman, the BVI, Hong Kong or the UK, would be beneficial but is not essential.
