Senior Associate, Data Assurance

Join a growing Risk Assurance team as a Senior Associate – Data Assurance where you will be delivering data analytics and information risk assurance across financial services.

Our client is open to hearing from professionals who are interested in relocating from the UK mainland to their Guernsey or Jersey offices.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced data assurance specialist to lead audit-focused engagements, shape smarter ways of working, and support the responsible use of AI and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading data assurance work supporting external financial statement audits.

• Planning IT environment walkthroughs, assessing systems, reports, databases and controls.

• Designing, developing and documenting data analytics procedures for efficient audit testing.

• Managing engagement delivery, coach junior team members and building strong client relationships.

You’ll bring audit or assurance experience, strong project management skills, and confidence using tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, PowerBI or Power Platform.
