Project Manager

One of our key clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Projects & Change Delivery function in Guernsey.

This is a key change and transformation role, focused on delivering strategic projects from feasibility and mobilisation through to implementation, helping the business improve processes, drive operational efficiency and achieve meaningful commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, scoping and delivery of business change projects, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, deliverables and success measures.
• Managing projects through the full lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, testing, implementation and benefits realisation.
• Facilitating workshops, mapping current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for automation, innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with governance, regulatory and change control requirements, with clear reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication.

You should have strong experience in project management, ideally gained within banking, financial services or another regulated environment, together with a good understanding of project governance, change management, transformation delivery and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to facilitate workshops, resolve challenges and bring people together.
