Senior Management Accountant

Join a leading professional services firm in their Jersey office as a Senior Management Accountant, playing a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making at senior level. This is a highly visible Finance Business Partnering role with real influence across the firm.

This is a commercially focused senior accounting role combining hands-on management accounting with strategic insight, stakeholder engagement, and leadership within a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner to Partners and Heads of Department, delivering insight, challenge, and commercial guidance.
• Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, KPIs, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, including scenario and cash flow analysis.
• Enhancing financial dashboards, controls, and processes, while supporting audit, tax, and compliance requirements.

You should be a fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ management accounting and business partnering experience, together with a strong commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
