Senior Manager – New Business

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of our key clients – an leading international provider of private wealth, corporate administration and specialist services – for a Senior Manager, New Business to join their central services function in Guernsey.

This senior position will lead the end-to-end new business onboarding process across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality client experience, strong regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across systems, controls and processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and refining the centralised onboarding journey, overseeing KYC, AML, client suitability and new business acceptance processes.
• Managing and developing a multi-jurisdictional team, promoting collaboration, technical excellence and ongoing professional development.
• Working closely with Compliance, Risk, senior stakeholders and external advisers to ensure robust controls, reporting and regulatory standards are maintained.
• Driving process improvements, system enhancements and data quality initiatives across onboarding platforms and core business systems.

You should have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, ideally within Private Wealth, Corporate Services, Funds or a similar regulated environment together with a recognised professional qualification and strong technical knowledge of onboarding, KYC, AML and ownership of structures and excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
