Senior Manager or Associate Director – Trust Operations

We have an excellent opportunity, in a newly created role, for a flexible, commercially minded Senior Manager or Associate Director of Trust Operations

Our client, a multi-jurisdictional provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services, is seeking a confident decision maker to join their private wealth team.

Responsibilities include:

• Keeping abreast of the compliance requirements, and in association with relevant stakeholders, develop, maintain and enhance local operational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to help to improve efficiencies, client service quality and productivity by creating and implementing an effective and scalable operational excellence strategy
• Identify and deliver training with internal and external parties relating to action points raised by the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Review Team
• Liaise with colleagues to share good practice and assist with the move to a more standardised operating model.

You will have a detailed knowledge of local regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to work as a team while having good leadership skills.
