Tax Senior or Assistant Manager – Trust Tax

Step into a Tax Senior / Assistant Manager position where you’ll build deep UK tax expertise while supporting a specialist Trust Tax Team in Guernsey.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop strong technical knowledge in UK trust and personal tax, supporting advisory work and written client guidance.
• Assist with calculations, technical queries, and a range of tax compliance tasks including SA returns, CGT and IHT filings.
• Build relationships, attend client meetings, and support onboarding while managing time and billing responsibilities.
• Contribute to training, development goals and continuous improvement within the team.

You’ll bring solid academic ability, existing UK tax exposure, strong communication skills and will have either achieved or be willing to work towards a professional qualification such as an ATT or CTA.
