Senior Associate – Power Platform Developer

One of our key clients is seeking a Senior Associate – Power Platform Developer to join its growing Advisory team in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology-driven consulting, delivering innovative solutions to a diverse financial services client base.

This is a highly technical, client-facing role focused on designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions—ideal for a data-driven developer looking to combine technical expertise with strategic advisory and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Integrating applications with data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, and third-party systems
• Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Supporting automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex projects
