Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Are you a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience looking to make a strategic impact within a leading international banking environment in either Guernsey or Jersey?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team, working directly with the CFO and gaining exposure to Executive and Board-level decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting cycles and long-term financial planning activities.
• Deliver insightful Executive and Board-level financial reporting, including analysis of key performance drivers and business trends.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, supporting senior stakeholders with commercial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee regulatory financial reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and robust governance processes.

You will be a qualified accountant with proven Financial Planning & Analysis experience and exceptional analytical skills. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, you’ll combine strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insight.

Experience within banking or financial services would be advantageous, as would exposure to Power BI, financial modelling and regulatory reporting environments. Most importantly, you’ll be a proactive communicator who enjoys influencing decision-making and driving positive change.
