Fund Accountant

Looking for your next move in fund accounting? 

Join a collaborative team managing a range of private equity structures across Guernsey and London. You’ll take ownership of accounting records for both corporate entities and limited partnerships, preparing financial statements, capital account statements, and regulatory submissions. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) with private equity or fund experience, strong UK GAAP knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing financial reports and quarterly capital account statements

• Calculating carried interest, management fee waivers, and distributions

• Liaising with auditors and respond to investor queries

• Reviewing accounting work and support wider operational functions
