Retail Marketing Manager

Join one of our key clients, a growing consumer retail business in Guernsey, as Retail Marketing Manager, leading local store marketing activity across the island and supporting retail growth across the UK store estate.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for a proactive marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life at store level — combining local promotions, launch activity, community engagement, stakeholder communication, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and delivering the Guernsey shop marketing plan, including local promotions, campaign coordination, media activity, and performance reporting.
• Supporting UK retail store launches and ongoing local activation across print, digital, PR, social, in-store/POS, community activity, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Acting as the key marketing contact for store managers, translating central marketing plans into clear, practical actions for store teams.
• Tracking campaign performance, reviewing sales data, managing local marketing spend, and identifying opportunities to improve store-level results.

You should be a confident, organised, and commercially minded marketer who enjoys physical retail, customer experience, and making campaigns work in the real world. You will require strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple locations, deadlines, and stakeholders.
